Do I need experience or qualifications?
How long do I need to volunteer?
Our shortest excursions are 4-6 hours of one day, while on vacation. Our longest excursions can range from 6 days up to 18 days, with a full immersion-lead itinerary.
Will I have to pay to volunteer?
Often, yes. All our volunteers pay their own way: airfare, luggage, and Visa costs. Other fees for things like housing, transportation, and tips for any guides, are typically spilt equally amongst the group.
Is volunteering safe?
Yes, with a reputable organization. DreamMissions has done the vetting of all our projects and locations. We have qualified people living in these areas that help with logistics for all our trips. We definitely recommend doing your own research, follow local advice, and get travel insurance if you feel necessary.
